Vitality Pelvic Physio offers initial consultations and follow-up appointments, both in-person and virtually. Regardless of which appointment type you choose, we strive to create an environment where you feel safe, respected, heard, and cared for. In-person appointments
Come see us in person!
When you visit the clinic for an in-person appointment, our wonderful client care coordinator will greet you and ask you to take a seat in the waiting room until your physiotherapist is ready to see you. Creating physical spaces that are warm, welcoming, and safe is really important to us.
When your physiotherapist is ready for your appointment, they will bring you to a private and welcoming space for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. When your appointment is finished, your physiotherapist will bring you back to the reception area, where you can pay for your appointment and book your next one.

Online appointments
Let’s meet virtually!
While in-person appointments offer many benefits, we understand that life is busy and sometimes it’s difficult to physically come into the clinic. Virtual appointments are great for consultations or follow-up appointments for those who choose not to have a physical and/or internal pelvic floor exam, when it’s not yet necessary, or when time or transportation is an issue.
If you’re seeing us virtually, we’ll e-mail you a link to join your appointment online. All you need is an internet connection, a computer/phone with a webcam, and somewhere to get comfortable.
